The audience at the Bushel Theatre were held spellbound by Rosemary Griggs unique bend of history, theatre and re-enactment as she brought the Lady Katherine to life on Thursday 29 June. Ably assisted by her ladies maid, aka “the peasant David” Rosemary even revealed some of the secrets of Lady Katherine’s wardrobe. The evening of Tudor entertainment raised £1000 for the Rotary Foundation charity which supports projects and helps people both locally and overseas, including in Ukraine.
